The Concept of the Seminar:
Stress is just a simple word that expresses the complexi ty of i t s existence, occurrence and effect in day to day life.

The relevance is not in what we call it, but in understanding the effect it creates on an individual, depending on how it is handled. It is not just a psychosomatic expression of things happening in your life, it is your life itself. Ayurveda is a tool that’s helps you to understand your physical, psychological and spiritual nature. It not only helps you bring health, harmony, happiness, joy and love in YOU but all AROUND you.

Ayurveda is derived from two Sanskrit words:
„Ayu“ meaning Life and „Veda“ meaning Knowledge or Awakening or Aliveness Its an ancient healing system followed for more than 5000 years and the principles are still applicable in our present modern day lifes. It emphasises the importance of preventive health practises and in detail elaborates various aspects of diseases and its management.

Highlights of the Seminar:
• In this seminar we will look in detail various aspect of Stress including its patho-physiology involvement of neurotransmitter, brain function and will try to understand how an over worked mind can effect the body and vise-verse.
• We will also try to understand how Ayurveda understands a disease in special relation to stress related ailments (Vikruthi).
• We will discuss various methods with which one can deal with these ailments and practise certain tools in this regards like:
– Individual Diet & Lifestyle
– Detox
– Yoga & Meditation
• At the end of the day you will be able to find the precise source of your stress (both internal and external) its effects on your body and mind. You will also be able to know your constitution (Prakruthi) and how you can live in harmony u n d e r s t a n d i n g t h e s e b a s i c principles of nature and the cosmos.
• You will also understand how important it is to increase your perception towards life.
• It will also make you aware of what you are doing wrong, and how you can make wise decisions to prevent them, being self aware.
• In other words you should be able to see, hear, feel and experience life as it is.

SEMINAR PRESENTER: DR. VINAYAK NAIR MD AY.
Ayurveda Health Consultant

He studied 10 years at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Heath Sciences, Bangalore finishing his Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery fol lowed by Masters in Ayurvedic Pharmacology. He has been practising and teaching Ayurveda since 2002 in India and since 2009 in Europe. He is the founder of Ayurkaya group and since 2010, he is a consultant at Ayurkaya Ayurveda studio, Vienna, in Partnership with Ms. Romana Muth. He has presented numerous papers in various national and international seminars and is well know for his practical workshops.
Dr. Nair specialises in stress related ailments and metabolic disorders.
