WARM STARTER
Grilled goose liver with flap mushroom tagliatelle and dried tomato-pesto 3.500,-

Goose ragout soup with vegetable 1.590,-
Pumpkin cream soup with roasted seeds and pumpkin seed oil 1.150,-
MAIN COURSE
Confit goose thigh with fried potato dumpling and spiced red cabbage marmalade 4.500,-
Roasted goose breast with pumpkin puree and polenta with seeds 3.450,-

Chestnut panna cotta with dried plum ragout 1.250,-
