Vipassana) and reflecting

02:00 pm: Time for self-reflection or reflecting with a trainer (Taiwa)
03:00 pm: Short lectures, meditation practice (i.a. Kin Hin, Nadabrahma), Reflection

Dr. Friedhelm Boschert
Founder and Director of the Institute. More than 20 years of profound leadership experience in international settings – most recently as CEO of a banking network with more than 5.000 staff in 10 countries. Currently visiting lecturer at IMC FH Krems for Leadership and CSR with lectures in Austria and Vietnam. Started meditating 20 years ago and since two years he’s a certified teacher in Meditation and Mindfulness. In 2011 he published his book „Sich selbst führen – und dann die anderen“. Currently conducting advisory services and Mindful Coaching for executives and leadership training in mindfulness for corporates.

Dr. Martina Esberger-Chowdhury
Dr. Esberger-Chowdhury has been in leadership positions since 1985 in the pharmaceutical industry in Austria, at global level and in India. Her current areas as a consultant for life sciences lie in marketing and sales, healthcare market research, market entry consulting and patient-relationship management. Martina has been a keen student of Vedanta, Advaita, Yogic and Buddhist Philosophy since her youth and has been practising Yoga for over thirty years. She is a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation instructor. Martina has developed a training programme for patients with lifelong illness “Live Well, Live Wisely” which includes elements of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama-breathing exercises, Mindfulness, Meditation and Visualisation-Techniques.
