An intensive and holistic process to reconnect with – develop – create your vision for the next period in your personal and work life with Barbara Kunz
The Path of the Eight process is designed to help reveil ones vision in life, in your work, your family, your partnership – depending on your needs in a life period. While you will connect with all your qualities, experiences, knowledges, wisdom, you will also look into your dreams and unfullfilled unused capacities. Through a deeper connection with your heart and your spirit about your contribution to life on this planet in this time, there will emerge your vision. Or will come down through your spirit, and you will give your best to bring it into pictures and words and later into projects.
These 8 days follow the 7 c h a k r a s and e n e r g y q u a l i t i e s which I think cover all important issues in life. Each day we work on one quality, starting from the bottom, the E a r t h which means your roots, all you are and have and possess now. Then we go to the element W a t e r which means your flow, your changes, your relation to fertility, joy, relating with others, giving birth in abundance – its about celebrating the real sensual life as well. This joy is needed to move your energy higher and further. Day 3 deals with intellect, all your mental power or mental illusions. This work is about mind, projections, belief etc. You will acknowledge also your ego and p o w e r qualities.
But then we move to day 4 to the h e a r t quality, your innermost longing to fulfill something deeply human in your life. Day 5 is about your i n d i v i d u a l e x p r e s s i o n (throat Chakra), how to bring your voice, your art, your colors into the world, here is an artist caring for this day. Then finally comes day 6 with s i l e n c e, going inward – upward and letting the vision taking you over, being the source, giving your best words und images to bring it down to earth.
This raw diamond of vision is your holy essence for the next period of life. As source you will start realizing the vision, taking your energy to move further, also giving the right direction in maybe more difficult times later on. Day 7 is the c e l e b r a t i o n of the VISION, also together with the others in the group – actually the whole process is deeply individual, there is no group work or psychological work, each person is in his/her own process, and I am helping to pass from one step to the next, also with quite some bodywork like breathing meditations, chakra work with music or silence and many more nice tools and surprises!!! Each participant sits in his/her „corner“ or house, with those things around to feel at home.
