Jazz Management – Improvisation in Leadership

Great jazz musicians not only know how to play together, they also know how to think together. Group flow is a state of peak performance, when a group is in sync and creative ideas are flowing. In a jazz ensemble, the product emerges from the creative group process. In this event we will show how to think like a jazz musicians and demonstrate the group work and social intelligence of the jazz band. This is experimental arts-based leadership training.
The program is offered for anyone who has influence over a team, group or organization and/or over the development of new products, services and processes. No prior improve experience required.

Most of the time goes by with individual analysis and planning, however taking meditative walks, doing energizing/relaxing exercises are important parts of the program. Awareness and a multidimensional support system are key factors in the program.
